We reserve the right to terminate access to the website for any breach of these Terms.
3. Products & Production
All physical prints are produced to order.
Product sizes, materials, framing options, and specifications are described on the relevant product pages and Print Guide. You are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before placing an order.
We make every effort to display images and colours as accurately as possible. However:
Screen displays vary.
Exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed.
Minor variations in tone, contrast, or colour between digital display and physical print are normal and not considered defects.
Framed prints are produced using natural materials. Variations in wood grain, texture, and finish are inherent characteristics and not considered faults.
We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Print Fulfilment Provider
Physical prints and framed products are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print provider (e.g., theprintspace via Creativehub). By placing an order, you acknowledge that production, packing, and shipping services are provided by this third party under their own terms and conditions. We act as the retailer and reseller of the products, and we are not liable for issues arising solely from the third-party production process, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical malfunction or typographical mistakes and reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from such errors.
5. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
Suspected fraud
Unauthorised payment activity
Incorrect pricing
Incomplete or inaccurate billing information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
If an order is cancelled before production begins, a full refund will be issued.
Once production has begun on a made-to-order print, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Returns & Refunds
All physical prints are made to order and produced specifically for you.
Because these products are custom-produced, they are exempt from change-of-mind returns under applicable consumer protection laws in many jurisdictions, including the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Returns are not accepted due to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal preference
Minor colour variation
If your order arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
Where verified, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any applicable right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
7. Shipping
Physical prints are produced and shipped by third-party print partners.
Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Supply chain disruption
Events beyond our reasonable control
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Stephen Sakaguchi unless otherwise stated.
Purchase of a physical print or digital product does not transfer copyright ownership.
Images may not be:
Reproduced
Distributed
Modified
Shared publicly
Used commercially
without prior written permission.
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or reproduced in any form.
9. Third-Party Services
This website may use third-party services for hosting, payment processing, fulfilment, and email marketing.
We are not responsible for the policies, actions, or practices of third-party providers.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stephen Sakaguchi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Delays in shipping

Our total liability relating to any product purchased shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
